2025年度1歳児クラス募集実施について
日頃からＹＭＣＡ国際幼児園にご興味をお持ちいただき、感謝申しあげます。
さて、2025年度QQクラス（1歳児クラス）につきまして、9月の段階で募集を実施しないとご案内差し上げました。しかしながら、多くの方から募集を行ってほしいとのお声を頂戴しました。そこで、再検討し、協議を重ねた結果、定員を10名に絞った形で1歳児クラスの募集を実施することに決定いたしましたのでご報告いたします。募集実施に関する決定が二転三転し、皆様を混乱させてしまいましたこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
なお、募集の詳細は以下をご覧ください。例年より少ない受け入れ人数になりますが、ご検討のほどお願いいたします。

1歳児クラス
1.募集人数
10名 (週5日)
2. 募集対象
2023年4月2日 ~ 2024年4月1日生 ※2025年4月1日現在、満1歳の幼児
3. 募集方法
■ 願書受付
入園までの流れ（入園見学会、出願申込含む）はこちらからご確認ください。
■入園面接／11月10日(日)
※面接時間は、個人宛にお知らせいたします。※面接は入園予定者本人と保護者でお越しください。
■面接結果／11月12日までにメールにてお知らせいたします。
「契約書」に「健康診断書」と 入園金 100,000円を添えて、入園手続きを行ってください。
※入園手続き完了後は事由の如何に関わらず、入園金の返金はいたしません。ご了承ください。
4.費用
■入園金／100,000円 (入園手続時)
※入園金は、入園時のみ納入し、次年度以降は納入の必要はございません。
■施設設備費(年額) ／45,000円
※施設設備費は、YMCA内の諸施設(教室、スイミングプール、体育館、屋上プレイグラウンド、野外活動用バス等)の使用料および冷暖房費を含みます。
■ 教材費(年額)／35,000円
※ 教材費は、教室内で使用する英語教材、アート教材、音楽教材、 体育備品等を含みます。
■保育プログラム費(月額) ／79,000円
※保育・プログラム費には、保育全般、英語教育(保育) 、専門プログラム (スイミング、体操、アート&クラフト、総合音楽教育等)、特別プログラムの費用を含みます。
※保育・プログラム費は、年間費用を12分割した金額です。
■給食費(月額)／10,000円
※給食費は、ランチと特別メニュー(月1回の行事用メニュー)の献立作成および調理費用、食器・備品等の費用一切を含みます。 ※給食費は、年間費用を12分割した金額です。
■スクールユニフォームセット／41,000円
※ユニフォームにはYMCA International Kindergartenのオリジナルロゴが入ります。
※セット内容は、YIKパーカー、YIKT シャツ、ハウスTシャツ、バイクパンツ、
YIK シューズ、キャップ、ブラウンバッグ、スイミングバッグ、ソックス、 です。
■おむつのサブスク [おむつ・おしりふき/パンパース肌へのいちばん] (月額定額)／3,800円
5.キンディクラブ (延長保育システム)
YMCA国際幼児園のキンディクラブ (延長保育)は、 仕事をもつ保護者の皆様が安心して、お子様をお預けいただける年間登録制度と、 必要に応じて1日単位で ご利用いただける2つのシステムがあります。
①保育時間
終了時間より18:30まで (1歳児クラス 13:30~)
長期休暇中/8:00~18:30
土曜日のみ 9:00~18:00
延長: 18:30~19:00はスペシャルキンディクラブでお預かりします。
②担当
当園日本人保育士が担当いたします。
③休園期間
■日曜日と祝日 ■ゴールデンウイーク期間 (1週間程度)
■夏期(8月15日前後の1週間程度) 冬期 (10日程度)春期 (1週間程度)
④お昼寝
年齢に応じてお昼寝の時間があります。
⑤費用
■年間登録(月~金:5日間)
月加算額 ※以下の金額が各月の保育費に加算されます。 ※夏期・冬期・春期休暇中の費用も含みます。

1. Number of Available Spaces
Approximately 10 students (born April 2, 2023-April 1, 2024)
※ All students must be 1 year old by April 1st, 2025.
2. Application Procedure
■Application Forms
Forms will be available on Friday September 6th from
the Hiroshima YMCA International Kindergarten, 7-11 Hatchobori, Naka-ku, Hiroshima. Tel:082-228-2657 (English), Tel: 082-228-2269 (Japanese). Office hours: 10:00am-6:00pm Monday thru Saturday (Closed on Sundays & National Holidays).
■Application Deadline
Due to differing school calendars worldwide, and parents’ work transfer dates,
our application dates are flexible for families arriving from overseas, and therefore we do not have a deadline but rather we accept applications all year round.
■Enrollment Procedure
Please present your Letter of Acceptance, Health Certificate and the Entrance Fee to the YMCA International Kindergarten to confirm enrollment. Please note that once enrollment is confirmed, your entrance fee will not be refunded.
3. Expenses
■Entrance Fee ¥100,000
The entrance fee applies only to the year of initial enrollment.
■Facility Fee ¥45,000 (charged annually)
This fee is for usage of classrooms, swimming pool, gymnasium, the playground on the roof and air conditioning.
■Learning Material Fee ¥35,000 (charged annually)
Includes materials used for learning center, arts & crafts, music and gymnastics.
■Tuition & Programme Fee (charged annually) ¥948,000
This fee includes daily care, lessons, and special instruction in swimming, gym, arts & crafts, and music. Please note that transportation fees for Sports Day and Family Picnic are not included.
※The Monthly Tuition & Programme Fee is ¥102,520.
■Y’s Lunch Fee (charged annually) ¥120,000
“Special Event Lunch” once a month.
This cost includes cooking, use of the cooking facilities, food and utensils.
It also includes ingredients and utilities used in the cooking programme.
※The Monthly Lunch Fee is ¥14,200.

4. Kindy Club (After-school Programme)

provides a safe and secure environment where parents can leave their children during the day.
There are two systems. The first is the regular, year-long After-school Programme
and the second programme provides care as required, on a day-to-day basis.

Saturday plan (9:00am-6:00pm), Please sign up in the office.
②After-school Programme Staff
The Japanese Kindergarten & Preschool staff members are in charge of the After-school Programmes.
③School Holidays (Closed)
■Sundays and National Holidays ■Golden Week (1 week)
■Summer break (the week around August 15, TBA.) ■Winter break (10 days)
■Spring break (1 week)
④Nap Time
In the afternoon, there is nap time for the children who require it.
